WHAT IS MIND & BODY THERAPY?

Anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsice disorder (OCD), post traumatic disorder (PTSD), unhealthy lifestyle (weight loss, fitness, nutrition, stress resilience).
WHAT DOES A TYPICAL THERAPY SESSION LOOK LIKE?
Within a 45 minute session online via zoom a session will be tailored to suit your needs. This may include some psychoeducation on your issue (depression, anxiety etc), using cognitive or behavioural interventions or formulating a lifestyle plan (nutrition, exercise, sleep, alcohol etc) to help make some positive changes in how you think, feel and function.
IS ONLINE THERAPY RIGHT FOR ME?
Online therapy compared to face to face therapy can offer the advantages of being more flexible due to speaking to your therapist via an online video call as well as being more affordable also.
